Jiffy Lube

Hi,
The Volvo dealer isn`t exactly a "safe" place to have your car serviced either. A friend of mine who is a dealer tech told me about an "intern" tech who was servicing a clients 850 cooling system & just noticed at the last minute that the kid had was pouring the new coolant into thru the oil filler cap. Yikes!!!
As well, many years ago I had an oil change done on my 544, picked my car up after work & drove half a block when the idiot lite came on. Hmm, no oil showing on the dipstick. Dealer response? "sorry, guess our mechanic got distracted, next oil change is on us!". Thanks but I think I`ll do it myself from now on.
This isn`t a defence of Jiffy Lube, those franchises are pretty hopeless.
Rich
