OBD 2 - O2 sensor 850

I have two Volvo 850's (855 T5, 854 GLT). I am using Alex Pepper's OBD-2 software and the GLT shows both O2 sensors, however, the T5 shows only 1 sensor.

I have no codes but am getting bad gas mileage. I cleaned the MAF and the MAF connection with contact cleaner. Plugs and air cleaner are new. Tire pressure is good.

Could the lack of the second sensor being detected by the OBD-2 software indicate a bad O2 sensor, even thought I am not getting any codes?
