Headlight switch recall ? V70-XC70

Headlight switch recall: I looked and saw no posts relating to this. My friend with a '98 S70 got a recall notice from her Volvo dealer. I called concerning my '98 V70, was told no recall for the V70. Yet the S70 recall states ALL '98 S70/V70.
Volvo said I do have a campaign recall # S 31037, for engine performance enhancement. The campaign name is " headlight volt red". Makes you wonder...
