Headlight switch recall ? V70-XC70

The "Headlight voltage Red" is the campaign to install an additional section of wiring for each headlight wiring harness. The stock harness was not long enough, and thus did not reduce the voltage properly, which leads to more burn-outs.

My 98V70 already had the switch replaced with the last recall (recall campaign 94) for this part, which I believe was in 2001, or at least that is when the switch got replaced.
