Why do I go to the dealer???? S80

I'm 99% positive my 2000(maybe not all 2000's were included) had the ball joint recall and I still think it meant the ball joint and not the nut and washer. Anybody with deeper knowledge would be appreciated.

Also, I made the brass strip fix for bad AM reception last night. It was pretty simple. Take off the inside cover that surrounds the little triangle window in the back(on the drivers side). the Airbag cover is attached to this cover so DON'T try to take it off by itself. Work the whole panel off slowly, pull back the weather strip at the door (only a foot so its easy to replace) under the weather strip you will see a clip that holds this panel in place. The panel kinda comes out and towards the front at the same time. When you get it out you will understand how to re-insert. It took about 20 minutes but like anything else if I had to do it for a living I could get it down to about 7 minutes. Also I believe it does help the "increased static" problem but remember it is still AM so don't expect to much.
