Need advice ASAP V50 2002

If you got something in writing March 17 you have a contract and they are obligated to fulfill it. (unless there is some small print somewhere) They should not have taken your money and trade in if the vehicle could not be had since as a dealer it is their business to know.

I would expect a good dealer to honor the price on an '06. I suspect your dealer might be playing games in an attempt to get you to pay more for a car then you planned and contracted for. They call it bait and switch. Or they might have found a more profitable buyer for your V50.

Get it in writing that the V50 is not available and the reason why. And if possible get them to include why they waited until now after several weeks to tell you. Take that with sale contract to the local BBB and maybe a lawyer.
