Why do I go to the dealer???? S80

Follow up... I called Volvo and they confirmed my recall consisted of a full ball joint replacement. I told Volvo I was disappointed that:

#1) the "expert" dealer was unable to tell me the correct info about my car (I'm suspicious why they didn't tell me the right information). This wasn't a simple accident either, they convincingly looked up the recall on their computer, then the mechanic showed me the bolts and washers that were replaced and the Service Mgr confirmed that this was the case.

#2) the ball joint that was replaced coincidentilly needs another replacement. I told him I heard the ball joints that were replaced were done so with faulty ball joints. He didn't like that comment. Too bad! They never admit to a high frequency of incidents on anything. "Oh no, we rarely have a recalled ball joint back for repair" Yeah right.

Anyway, i'm driving straight again.
