Hesitaton in Crank on Starting S70 2000

Try all of the easy stuff first. Unplug every sensor, one at a time, and clean it real good, adding dielectric goop to keep the moisture out. I doubt that the flywheel is the problem, I have never heard of a bad one on this site. But the speed sensor problem may go away when it is cleaned. Also check the wiring right around the plugs to make sure they are not bent/broken.
