Need advice ASAP V50 2005

Given the attitude of the original dealer, I'd say the original deal is done. I'll surely be getting my deposit back, and will ask for interest for my trouble. Now I'll just have to spend most of the summer being content with my other car, and hope the new car comes quickly!
