E-brake / Parking brake cable replacement 850 1993

If the cable is not broken, the adjustment is inside the drum of the back wheels. Chock the front wheels, jack up the rear with the car in neutral, remove the rear wheel. Through the adjustment hole at about 11:50, use a screw driver and spin the star wheel up until the brake touches. Then back off 2 notches. Do the same on the other side.
If you still can't engage the Ebrake then the shoes are broken and need replacing.
