The information, in the link below, came from a thread on VolvoXC.com

I received a number of emails asking additional questions ,so I created a How-To on the topic. You can get the PDF document at the following link:

This file hosting site only allows 10mb of download per day through my account...the file is about 250k in size. If you are prevented from downloading because I have gone over my quota , then try downloading tomorrow.

I hope this helps anyone who is interested in doing a little preventative maintenance on the bevel gear.
