Error Code P0243 C70 1998

My CEL turned on this weekend and gave me Fault Code P0243. I know it is the Turbocharge Wastegate Solenoid A Malfunction. The car started to sputter while driving 60mph on the freeway when the code appeared.

Does this mean the Wastegate Solenoid needs to be replaced? If so is it something I could do? Where is it located?

I had just replaced my ABS control module and while driving the car for the first time when this new fault code appeared. Could there be any correlation? I don't think so but I'm unsure. When I was removing the ABS control module I mistakenly removed the 2 screws for the MAF but replaced them immediately. Did I do something wrong?
