I second Tina's opinion. I know that ball joints are on the ends of the control or A-arms, but were these changed? I had similar problems with my 850 once but when these were changed out the problem went away. I only went through 2 tires this way (2 fronts)...never 2 sets. Also, is your mechanic or someone who is aligning your car using the wrong specs? Maybe toe-in is too much.
