Did they replace the control arms? It sounds like a major alignment problem - like MIJ said probably toe-out. I'd go somewhere else and have it double-checked.

If it turns out they did your alignment to th wrong specs maybe you can get them to buy you a new set of tires - write them a letter and make soem noise! You should not have to pay for 3 sets of tires because of their mistake.
