Check Engine light 850 1993

- Just my two cents

I had similiar codes quite often on my 93, and in the end, once my alternator was replaced they all went away. I used to get a MAF, TPS, Combined Inst. codes every couple of days. Oh ya, plus an air bag code, passenger side open circut or something. Kept clearing them, kept coming back. One day alternator dies, put a new one in and no codes since ! Been maybe 3 mnts now with no codes.

Maybe, it's the alternator, although I don't know why replacing my alternator made the codes stop. When I used to hit potholes, my airbag light turned on, and when I checked codes later that day they would all be back. I guess maybe the alternator brushes stopped makng contact just long enough when hitting pothole to mess up some computers.

Or, Not
