98 S70 Check engine light ( code P0172 issue) S70 1998

Hello,
i'm a new comer from Taiwan. My car is 98 s70 2.5NA and got a problem recently.
Please kindly give me some instruction if you have any idea.
Few weeks ago, check engine light ON (lambda signal), i use OBDII reader to check it and it shows P0172. no symptom before.
I got some information from this forum, and some post shows it may related to MAF sensor or vacuum leakage.
Last sunday, i try to clean MAF Sensor, but unfortunately my car got uneven idleing today afetr 10km driving. ( idle speed is around 1100rpm)

This is my first time to post in this forum and sorry for my poor english.
Any comment will be appreciated.
