How do these Spark Plugs Look? 850

For years I have had trouble deciphering spark plug appearance. Every time I check it against a Haynes manual, it is like reading greek.

These plugs only have about 15k on them.
As I mentioned in another post, with a set of plugs now cheaper than 2 gallons of gas, I decided to replace these while I was doing other things.

Can anyone tell me if these show normal deposits, or if there is any indication of changes that should be made??
