And you can't hear it on your T5? If you have one it should be a simple electric pump just like the other one and you should be able to hear it light off for the first 100 seconds when it is cold. Otherwise you will need to jumper it and see that it does work. Darn things sound like a vacuum cleaner when they go off. The diagnostics on that system is pretty tight, I would think that if it was dead you would be posting a code for it.
