Dash lights and turn signal lights not functioning after fixing odometer 850 1994

After you replace all four dash lights, bought at your local auto parts store, ensure the connectors for everything are seated correctly. One mm makes a big difference and some of those connectors are very hard to push together.
Test the lights before putting the cluster back in the dash, there is enough room to do that.
Your turn signals may be loose at the relay.
