Coolant and MBCs V70-XC70 2001

Just looked at my 01 V70 T5's coolent, it is green. My 60K service was done at a long time Volvo independent. The invoice says genuine volvo antifreeze was used. I have a number 9434699 but not sure if this is a part number ot shop numbering system.

I also have desire to get better torque up to 2500RPM. I have an auto and all of the shift points are below the good torque range. Car feels sluggish unless I punch the gas or use the geartronic (which I do but he wife doesn't) I would also be interested in any solutions found.
