Help 850 transmission slipping and noisy

hi I have a 1994 850 turbo 301,000 my trans started making a clunking noise while in gear but not nuetral or park. Almost sounds as something is in there clunking around. so i flushed the fluid. when i drove it the noise was still there then at about 20 miles i lost drive. i pulled over shut it off and it drove for about 200 feet then just slipped. finially the arrow flashed and I got a code 322 and the check engine light came on and i got a 414 on the A2 which may have been from the engine reving with no drive. Where should I buy a tranny and torque converter for a good price if that is the problem? Can noise from the trans area be anything but time for new tranny?
