Which weight synthetic oil? S70 1998

My car had dino oil in it until my indy changed the oil a month ago, and now Mobile-1 synthetic. I put 3000+ miles on my car every month so I have decided to change it myself for now on. It isn't a difficult job. Now that 3000+ miles has elapsed, I decided to do the first oil change since the switch-over. I will probably go longer before my next oil change. Anyway, my indy shop put Mobile-1 5W-30 in it. I went to Autozone to buy Mobile-1 for the change this weekend and they recommended 10W-30 weight for my car.

What's best to run in my car (I live in Tennessee where weather is fairly mild but can get up to 100F in summer) Synthetic 5W-30 or 10W-30?
