CAM SEAL leaking calling all volvo techs and mechanics 850

Small 1996 850turbo with exhaust cam seal leak noted when I was doing timing belt. Camshaft journal seems to be scratched/scored slightly. Any ideas on what to do. I quest I'LL have to remove camshaft and get journal end resurfaced at a machine shop before redoing cam seals or they will just start leaking again. I have the cam locking tool but not the cam cover pressing tool. Haynes shows how to make one, but don't want to pay the $600.00 for the tools. Anyone with any experience.
