If you've got an appetite for a bit of risk, you could try to dislodge the stuck CD yourself. I was able to do this on my 2000 S80, although a bit of brute force was necessary to put the CDs out through the top. You've got to unscrew everything and seperate the two components that comprise the headunit. The CD changer has a metal top split into two parts - remove the front part, then pull the offending CDs through. No guarantee you'll CDs will survive, but my radio did, and it's working fine now. However, I'm too gun-shy to load it up with multiple CDs after all that.

Doesn't sound like fun to me,
Klaus
