Air pump, relay and SAS-valve changed. What next? 850 1996

Hi,

I have a 1996 non turbo and have just replaced the air pump (filled with water), pump relay (dead), and SAS valve (full of black gunk).

Still no go. Pump does not run on cold start and I don't have vacuum at the SAS-valve (the purple line).

Is there a fuse for the system that may have burned or should I go through electrical connections?

Any pointers/suggestions most welcome since I have emissions test coming up and I need to get rid of the CEL.

TIA
/Johan
