ETS Replaced at 46,000 mile - Is it a good one S70 2000

I bought this turbo car which has 71,000 miles. The ETS was replaced at 46K by a dealer was I don't use. Is there any way to tell what the make is and if it will likely fail too. Are the replacements better than the orginals or am I looking a another one in 19,000 miles.
