AC Receiver-Drier - how to remove? 850 1995

Friend,

Thanks. VADIS sounds like quite a friend. I have a copy being mailed to me from Calif (Im in Germany) that's due any day now. This is a reply I got from this issue on Volvospeed; does this look like the tool?

http://volvospeed.com/vs_forum/index.php?showtopic=22144&pid=246442&mode=threaded&show=&st=%EF%BF%BDentry246442

There's a spring inside the round collar and the tool expands the spring...Ford used these on their fuel line connections, I'd forgotten about it. They look the same.

His photo shows a plastic tool, doesnt look too expensive. Too, maybe the german dealship will loan me the tool for a w-e.

Is it possible you could email me at nedmcdevitt@yahoo.com ? need to ask you a question about VADIS. Many thanks, will keep forum updated because my condensor and drier should be here in about 1 week.

ned
