Sounds like water got into the electrical system, try putting in some new spark plugs and rotor/cap. Or at least take them out and dry with a hair dryer - but these items are cheap and probably need replacing anyway after 2 years. You could also have a leak in the wire insulation (rodents love to chew on it) so those could also need replacing.
