Front Passenger Door Lock Not Working S70 1998

1998 S70 GLT, 99K. The lock on the front passenger door isn't functioning...the knob goes up and down with the power locks, the remote, and manually. Looks locked; it's just not.

I read back on a few threads about the S70 locks, but each solution seemed to relate to the Red Evil Plastic Lever...and after reading the about the symptoms of a broken REPL (lock works, but doesn't go up and down w/ power switches), this sounds different.

Insight is always appreciated. Thanks, Abe
