Diagnostics Code 850

I have a 93 Volvo 850 GLT. Recently it's service light turned on. I read about reading the diagnostic code from some sites and did a quick read on my car.
Can someone with explains the following diagnostic code?

B1 Code
2-3-4
4-1-1

I believe the REC and AC lights had been flashing for a while since the winter (according to the owner's manual it's a symptom of Climatic Control trouble, that's why I went after B1 code).

As I am new to the car, I have not purchased the Pocket Data Booklet that explains the diagnostic code. Can someone help me with this?
