Find somebody that has and knows how to use a differential pressure tester.
If you have/know how to use it. GREAT!! It's becoming a lost skill.

Put the low compression cyl in the DTC position and lock the crankshaft anyway you can.
Start applying pressure and listen to see where it's going.
