850 instrument panel is loose 850

my instrument panel in my '94 850 has come loose, infact, it was that way when i got the car last week. is there any way to get it remounted without taking the dash or panels apart.. also, it appears that there might be some clips or something missing.. no big deal, i'd just like to fix it..with little cost if possible
