that once a month you get onto a long entrance ramp, say 7AM on a Sunday and simply manual shift the automatic and rev the BJESUS out of the engine in each gear up to red-line! SERIOUSLY.........what this does is to stretch the engine to its maximum and allow for proper piston ring stretch and seating as well as the prevention of a ridge in the cylinder bores. You will prevent early oil consumption that typically happens on low usage engines as they get old.
