1999 S 70 timing belt proceedures? S70 1999

Hello friends! Does anyone know were I can find the proper timing marks for my 1999 S70? I have done several 850 belts and have it down to about 1.5 hours!
I have purchased th enew tensioner and belt and also found the tensioner settings with Temp ref. I do not know where to align the marks as the old plastic cover is not there also I know I have variable valve timing also!
Does someone make a tool to hold the cam pulleys so not to lose timing? I hear the timing will roll back about 30 deg. due to the vairiable timing?
