Smokes if it idles too long, Not Alot Of Boost and fuel smell PLEASE HELP i have 3 problems and i need help 850 1995

I have been having a problem and i got some money finally to fix it, but what do i need to fix.

Problem #1: I have a 95 855 turbo, And when it idles for about 20 minutes, it starts to smoke blue, but then if you drive it for about 2-3 minutes it goes away.

Problem #2: I'm not getting alot of boost. the factory gauge used to go all the way to the end of the white now it goes half way through the white, It used to be fine but now its just really slow, some guys told me this could be some hoses because i hear a whistling noise when the turbo whines up.
Is this right or is it more serious?

Problem #3: Also sometimes you can smell fuel

Is all of this a combined problem or do i have several problems?
Please help this is my baby and i want her back into shape.
