keyless remote 850

Hi,
I just bought 2 remotes off ebay and they don't work after using the program from the dealer. It's exactly the same remote i bought last year and the only problem with my present one is the button (Lock/Unlock) are worn out badly and is a bomber to press those buttons to activate the remotes. The only difference are the inscription written on the back of the remotes. Are there any other programs for this remote ( besides 5x to position II then press lock etc.) the ebay seller is kinda' mum about it since he already got his money-the usual scam...
