I was blown away with the extent of individual participation and support I received from the forum. There is a huge wealth of information here.

With your help I was able to isolate the maintenance issues and diagnose my problems with enough certainty to go ahead and make the repairs myself. I replaced the PNP switch, flushed the transmission, and replaced the electrical side of the ingnition switch. All without going near a Volvo dealership. That's the best part. I spent approximately $220 for parts, fluids, and tools and probaly saved over $600 in dealer service charges and that's if they had diagnosed my problems as well the forum support allowed me to.

Without the internet and the forum I would have been up the creek. It is amazing how the internet has expanded a persons ability to access information and materials. It has truly changed my world.
