96 n/a 855 won't start-please help 850

If your battery's dead you could have a common 850 problem with the glove compartment light. The door bends and doesn't shut the light off when closed. If the car's not driven enough to keep the charge up the battery it gradually drained. Recharge the battery and tape a penny to the inside of the door to shut the light off. The switch spring is way too strong for this application.
