Passenger seat doesn't rock

So you are saying that you cannot get it to slide forward and backwards is that the deal? If that is the case it sounds more like a penny or something is stuck in the tracks. If you have something stuck in one side that is all that it will take. Those non power seats come out pretty easily, even if all you do is take the mount bolts out so you can lean it back right in place it will give you a much better look at the inner workings of that seat. Also make sure it is not something like a loose bolt that is not allowing the bar to pivot down far enough to disengage the locks and allow it to slide.
