I have a 1999 T5 w/ 117k and love it, but had I known about the ETS problem I would have waited and looked for a 1998 model. I've had to replace the the ETS. I consider myself lucky to have only spent $700 for this repair (I bought the throttle body online and had my indy replace). Other than that issue, the car has been wonderful - a blast to drive.
