Replace oil seals when replacing timing belt? 850 1996

I make a living at fixing Volvos and I have always done it that way. Some techs will tell you that you are in there for the second belt change and they have gone 140 already how much longer do you expect them to go? Myself I change them if they are leaking and truthfully I have not done enough white engine cam seals to worry about. In my opinion, change them if they show signs of leakage and use only factory Volvo seals if you do.
