AC cool but car not comfortable S80 2000

Hi,

2000 S80 2.9.

AC blows cool/cold but the car is not comfortable. Dealer checked out system, evacuated and filled to spec. They say it is okay, but the car doesn't feel dry and comfortable inside. (my v70 is icy cold!) Seems to work better the hotter the intake air. Can anyone give advice? Does anyone have info on evaporator temp sensor? Also, I don't see the car dripping condensate. Where does it drip from?
