Stereo Questions 850

I have several questions regarding the stereo system in my 1994 850 that has the SC-810 radio:

1. Where can I obtain speakers that will fit in the original black plastic casings in the rear of the car? Obviously 6x9's don't fit even though everywhere you go thats what they want to sell you. I want to keep the original look on the car.

2. I see there are speaker grilles in the rear passenger doors, but I don't believe there are any speakers in there. Can I put some in there and if so what size?

3. I recently purchased a used 6 disc CD player. I went to the dealer to obtain the cord and they wanted $89 for it. The cd player only cost me $100, so I'm sure there are other sources for the cord. Also, I see there are 2 plugs for the cd players. One is the cord that runs to the stereo, is the other a power supply? I can't tell by looking at it.

Please let me know if you can help me out. I was going to try to knock all of it out next weekend.
