Replacing Blower fan tomorrow on '96 850 850 1996

I'm going to replace the blower fan tomorrow on my '96 850. The motor burned out on Memorial Day weekend. I've been driving with the electricity to the fan motor disconnected. It has been fine unless I get stuck in traffic for a long time. Does anybody have any tips or tricks for this project? Any and all would be greatly appreciated.

Justin
