Driver Information Module S80

Hello
If the module is installed in the vehicle without being loaded with software, then the display is black.

It may also be the WRONG unit for this car.
There are many variants which each variant only work on a few models due to incompatible communication protocols or wrong software.

MOST NEW CONTROL MODULES FROM M/Y 1999 HAS TO BE PROGGRAMMED (ACTIVATE) WITH SOFTWARE WHICH ONLY VOLVO SHOPS CAN HELP YOU WITH.
Cost approx $50 plus cost for 30 minutes labour.
Additional cost for fault tracing may apply if system does not work.
