Correction 98 V70 turbo, oil is in the coolant V70-XC70

Hi The 98 v70 turbo has oil in the coolant. Is there some likely place this might have occurred such as in the turbo. I have not seen the car in person and trying to surmise the problem. Worst case the head or block is cracked, any clues about other causes would be helpful. I have offered $1800 for it but will probably not get it for that price which might be a good think but the old 740 16v has 250,000 miles on it.
