AC pressure reading 850

You read the pressure with the engine running, AC on and running at full blast for about 5 min.

A well charged system should read 35 to 40 psi. Under 20 psi mean is very low, and needs a can of refrigerant. It's possible that your system is fully charged and working, but won't coolas good because the car is not moving.

Clean the Ac condensor of leaves and bugs. Relocate the horns to the L fender area. That would allow for more airflow thru radiator/AC condensor
