The whole tranny system holds 8 quarts of Dexron ATF. The torque converter holds about 5 of those 8 quarts. There is no filter in the system so it's a good idea to add one, like the Magnefine inline filter, to the return line from the cooler (the lower line is the return line...). Can you tell where the leak appears to be coming from?
