How heavy is an 850 front door?

Door is not too heavy, the leverage is more of the issue. Anyone (e.g. wives, griends, etc- but not both) can hold it for you while you position it.
I've done the hinge repair and it works like a charm. One peice of advice... put the bolt through the back with a lock washer and put the nut on the outside. Have the bolt a little too long and use the extra length to hold it from turning with vise-grips. then just cut the excess bolt (if it is too long)
