Multiple misfires 850 1996

This is part two of my post yesterday where I rinsed off my engine compartment and now my 855 is stuttering while getting up to speed and idling rough.

Stuttered my way down to Savannah to the less-than-eager-to-help Autozone there and got a code P0305, and I guess others indicating multiple misfires(the guy helping me hooked up the reader after showing him where to plug it in, told me this while I was trying to look over his shoulder for the codes, he told me I need 'a major tune up' and trucked it back inside before I could get anything else from him).

So for the stupid question section: I'm going to go ahead and replace my plugs this PM. Should that clear this up? Would rinsing off the engine have caused this? Did I get H2O somewhere else that I should concentrate on instead of the plugs? Should I go ahead and replace the cap too? Timing belt was replaced at 70K (I'm at 115k now) and all regular maintenance is done. Anything I should be aware of or look for?

This is crappy timing because I have to drive to Virginia Monday morning from SC, and I'll be white-knuckling it the whole way if I don't take care of this this weekend.

Any help is, as always, GREATLY appreciated! Especially Klaus.
Thanks-
Michael '96 855 115k
